Procedures

Step 1

Merchant Submit his customer information Sheet and his current device settings. You also must indicate the volume of processing. Please mention also the referring broker/s name and contact so we can protect them on a commission.

Step 2

We will sign the loading agreement including IMFPA for referring brokers.

Step 3

Approval of the merchant account

Step 4

VISA will load Project Funds onto Client Merchant Terminal and embed Owner debit cards with Terminal. We will provide loaded screen and owner embedded cards with terminal.

Step 5

Receiver conducts local transactions on their machine using embedded debit card, then releases payouts to sender/loader side.

Step 6

The Merchant will draw down the funds and downloaded the project funds in multiple tranches with payouts until the full loaded amount is completed.

Step 7

Reload amount to terminal We offer 3 options: Inquire

If the test draw down by merchant is successful, we will set agreements w invoices to the investments and purchases the card holders of digital funds managed by us.

Step 9

You will process and pay the commission to all parties, and we will proceed to process the following tranche amount.

Step 10

Repeat the process until the monthly volume is reached. start new month

Brokers who bring such merchants receive 5% on the sender terminal side of each transaction w your merchant w a contract with us directly!
